Returns & Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges:
It is our goal at Illume Boutique for you to love all of your purchases!  Items that you are not satisfied with can be returned for refund if you e-mail us at mailto:info@illumeboutique.com within 14 days of placing your order.  The items must be unworn, tags still attached (if clothing) and like-new. 
Exchanges (if applicable):
Illume Boutique will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item or like item, please e-mail us at mailto:info@illumeboutique.com.  If the item is no longer available, we will give you a credit for your purchase price.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  We will then provide you with an address to ship your return to.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded & are final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange.
